How Lewis lost 12kg in 90 days

Lewis joined MyGym at 96kg after years of on-and-off chain gym visits. He wanted to drop body fat, feel fitter day to day, and stop starting from zero every few months.

He trained three to four times a week on the gym floor, used a simple plan from the team for the first month, and focused on consistency rather than perfection. Within three months he was down to 84kg, felt stronger on compound lifts, and had a routine he could actually stick to.

Yes. The team can guide you through a simple starting plan and show you how to use equipment safely.

Do I need to book before I visit?+

Booking ahead is recommended so a coach can plan your induction and show you around.

Do you run classes?+

There is no traditional classes timetable. We do have trainer-led group sessions and support on hand when you need it.

What should I bring to my first session?+

Comfortable training clothes, indoor shoes, water, and a towel are ideal for your first visit.

How does the free trial work?+

You can book your first session, train on the floor, and see if the environment is right for you before choosing a membership.
